Do you offer prices for churches and groups?
Yes. See the Churches page for group prices and discussion guides, or send us a request and we will reply with a quote or invoice.
Gifts
Can I give a book as a gift?
Yes. At checkout, choose "This is a gift" and enter the person's email address or phone number. You can add a personal message. They will receive the book in their own library.
Outside Kenya
I live outside Kenya. Can I buy the books?
Yes. You can pay by card on this website. [If the books are on Amazon: The books are also available on Amazon if you prefer.]
Paying
How can I pay?
You can pay with M-Pesa or with a debit or credit card. Payments are handled by Pesapal. You will see the amount before you confirm.
I paid but the book has not opened. What should I do?
Most payments are confirmed within a minute. If it has been longer, open "My library". If the book is still not there, contact us with your M-Pesa confirmation code and we will sort it out.
Can I get a refund?

Reading
How do I read the books?
You read on this website, on your phone or computer. There is nothing to download. Sign in, open the book from your library, and your place is saved on every device you use.
Can I download the book or print it?
No. To protect the author's work, books are read online only. You can come back to your books at any time.
Can I read on more than one device?
Yes. You can be signed in on up to two devices at once, for example your phone and your laptop. If you sign in on a third, the device you used least recently is signed out.
What is a free preview?
For many books the first pages are free to read. When you reach the end of the preview you can buy the book, and you will continue from the same page.
